Allure Beauty Lounge

Welcome to Allure Beauty Lounge Ltd. By booking an appointment or receiving services from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments can be made online, in person, or over the phone.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment.

If you are late, your treatment time may be reduced or rescheduled.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellation and rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost.

Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

3. Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to secure bookings, especially for longer treatments.

Payments are accepted via cash, card, or other methods approved by the salon.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and subject to change without prior notice.

5. Health and Medical Conditions

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy prior to booking.

We reserve the right to refuse or adapt treatments based on the information you provide.

6. Hygiene and Safety

Allure Beauty Lounge maintains strict hygiene standards.

Please arrive clean and appropriately dressed for treatments.

Children are not permitted in treatment areas unless prior arrangements have been made.

7. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.

Please keep valuables with you at all times.

8. Refunds and Complaints

If you are unhappy with a treatment, please inform us within 48 hours so we can address the issue.

Refunds are not offered for completed treatments, but we may offer corrections where appropriate.

Products are non-refundable unless faulty or unfit for purpose.

9. Client Conduct

All clients must behave respectfully towards staff and other customers.

Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

10. Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

Allure Beauty Lounge reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The latest version will be available in the salon and on our website.
