Allure Beauty Lounge

At Allure Beauty Lounge Ltd, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. To help us manage our appointment schedule fairly and professionally, we ask all clients to respect the following cancellation terms.

1. Notice Period

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost.

2. No-Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying us, you will be considered a no-show.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost, and future bookings may require full prepayment.

3. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure appointments, especially for longer or high-demand services.

If proper notice is given, this deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying other clients.

If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply a late cancellation fee.

5. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

Reschedules made within 24 hours will be treated as late cancellations.

7. Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or unavoidable situations, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to be flexible.
